Racer 2 Racer Ryan vs Lee

Racer 2 Racer Ryan vs Lee

In the second instalment of a new series for Racing.GT we get British GT driver Ryan Ratcliffe to interview Lee Mowle.

Ryan: If you could have any team mate other than Joe who would it be?
Lee: The question should be if you had to have another team mate other than Joe who would it be and the answer to that question would probably be Luke Hines, he did a few rounds in British GTs last year with Optimum and definitely left an impression.

Ryan: Out of all the race cars you have driven which one is your favourite?
Lee: It’s got to be Yellow Peril my Ginetta G50, fantastic car to drive and doesn’t cost a kings ransom every time you start her up!

Ryan: Do you have any secret talents?
Lee: Unfortunately not unless you count juggling.

Ryan: If you could give up everything to do one thing / have one thing, what would that one thing be ?
Lee: Today I wouldn’t but had you asked me the question when I was 15 the answer would have been Cheryl Ladd.

Ryan: If you could move anywhere in the world to live where would you choose?
Lee: Cap d’ Antibes in the South of France.

Ryan: Do you have any pet hates?
Lee: Not sure it’s a pet hate more OCD but I really hate it when people pull individual grapes off the bunch and leave the stalks.

Ryan: On the subject of pets, if you could have any animal as a pet what animal would you have?
Lee: A Penguin they always look so smart.

Ryan: If you could drive any race car, what would you like to drive?
Lee: The Audi R18 LMP1 would be fun.

Ryan: What circuit would you like to drive at?
Lee: I have a whole bucket list of circuits but the next three that I’ll tick off over the coming 12 months are the Nurburgring Nordschleife, the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi and Bathurst.

Ryan: What’s you most prized possession?
Lee: Sorry I don’t have one.
